 | Days in the open air with long periods of activity that include riding at speeds of up to 80mph (where permissable) can be both physically and mentally demanding. Making the most of these days requires good levels of concentration and stamina. Albeit on sealed surface public roads, the country and mountain sections of our routes can make for very challenging rides that will also put your bike handling skills to the test. Practise makes perfect and as each tour progresses the riding skills of the participants generally improve. But were you to find the route or pace set by the guide is not to your liking, you can take another road, speed on ahead or slow to a a pace you feel comfortable with. If your decision to make any such amendment results in not getting a guide service on the day, then you'll not pay for it. |
