The illustrative prices shown in the table below are what you can expect to pay for the combined cost of:
- A tour information pack with maps and a detailed tour itinerary.
- Hotel accommodation with breakfasts included.*
- Return ferry (applicable only to Europe Tours).
The prices are based on the actual costs during 2011. The number of days/ nights for each tour are shown in brackets.

How to make a reservation with us:
1. When you have chosen the tour you want, go to to our Reservations page. Select and buy a tour pack for your chosen tour by completing reservation stage 1. Upon receipt of payment we will send you a tour information pack with maps and a detailed tour itinerary including route directions. You can buy a tour pack as a stand alone purchase to self guide on dates of your choosing and still reserve your hotel and ferry services for your tour as explained in step 3.
2. Alternatively, by completing reservation stage 2 at the same time as reservation stage 1 you can enrol for £20 per person** to join a guide escorted tour on the dates specified in the tour descriptions of this website. Enrolment entitles, but does not oblige you to avail yourself of the services of the tour guide at a cost of £20 per bike per day.***
3. A list of the ferries and hotels for the tour is included in the tour information pack. When you have received this, visit our Useful Web Links page on this website and by referring to the list you can book your ferries and hotels online, directly from the service providers.
*The prices are based on your use of the best value ferry and hotel services we recommend. You reserve the right to alter these to other services more suited to your taste or needs. Please note that we do not make any room sharing arrangements on your behalf.
**The enrolment fee applicable to both riders and passengers is an administration charge which goes towards covering the costs associated with this website and to process your payments to us. Enrolment ensures that an experienced tour guide will meet and greet you at a designated place, guide you to the first nights accommodation and ride the itinerary route for the duration of the tour. You are not obliged to subsequently buy the tour guide services at £20 per bike per day, but if you do they can be prepaid (cheque, debit or credit card) by completing the guide service booking form in the tour information pack and posting this to us along with your remittance. Alternatively, while touring you can decide on a daily basis whether to avail yourself of the service and make payment in cash as it is delivered to you.
***The daily rate for the services of the tour guide is per bike (i.e. costs the same for a solo rider as it does for a rider with a pillion passenger).
