Prices shown are the combined total costs for a tour information pack with maps, hotel accommodation with breakfasts, our tour representative services and where applicable, return ferries. We have combined the cost of these services to enable you to compare the cost of touring with us against the cost of touring with Package Tour Operators; But with us you buy the ferry, hotel and tour guide services separately. This can be done online from this website, or for an additional £20 administration fee we can book the ferry and hotel services for you. The ferry and hotel prices used to create these illustrations are from 2009 brochures or websites and are based on currency exchange rates for December 2009.*

How to reserve a place on one of our tours using this website:
1. When you have chosen the tour you want, go to to our Reservations page. Select and buy the tour pack for your chosen tour (reservation stage 1). All online payment to us is secure via PayPal. You can elect to pay by debit or credit card. Upon receipt of payment we will send you a tour information pack which includes maps and important information about your tour. You can reserve our tour representative services (reservation stage 2) at the same time as stage 1.
2. With your tour information pack, comes a list of the ferries and hotels for the tour. When you have received this, return to our Useful Web Links page on this website. Referring to the list, book your ferries and hotels online, directly from the sevice providers. Alternatively, if booking the separate ferry, hotel and our tour representative services yourself is too inconvenient, we will do it for you. There is a £20 fee for this additional service. A booking form to avail yourself of this service is included in the tour pack.
3. If you have not elected to pay for our tour representative services (reservation stage 2) at the same time as paying for stage 1, or by post using the booking form that comes with the tour pack. You must return to our Reservations page at least 30 days before the tour and pay online. Tour representative services are charged at a daily rate (£20/ rider, £5/ passenger) and the number of days you pay for on any given tour is shown in brackets on the above table.
*Currency conversion rates for Europe and Ireland tours apply and are variable. A more favourable exchange rate, early reservation or promotional offers for hotels and ferries could save you on the above prices. Less favourable exchange rates and late reservation could cost you more.
